Title - RF Engineer I

Location - Mahwah, NJ/Melville, NY

Contract - 12+ Months with possible extension

Required Skills -

• 2–4 years of RF Engineering experience
• Knowledge of Small Cell architecture, 2G/3G/4G wireless technologies
• Solid understanding of antenna theory and RF propagation fundamentals
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• BSEE required, MSEE preferred

Responsibilities -

• Design and propose DAS and Small Cell network solutions
• Perform CW testing, drive testing, and system optimization
• Use tools like iBwave, Mapinfo, and MS Excel (mid-advanced) for RF planning and reporting
• Support field testing, troubleshooting, and network commissioning
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality RF solutions
