Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Selby Jennings Investor Relations and Business Development Recruitment Consultant Selby Jennings has been engaged to find a real estate investor relations associate by a Los Angeles-based private equity real estate investment firm specializing in strategic partnerships with developers across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. As a Real Estate Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's capital raising and investor communication efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Investor Communication & Reporting: Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors. Fundraising Support: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and private placement memoranda. Maintain CRM systems and investor databases to track engagement and capital commitments. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to support investor presentations and strategic positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
