Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer based in Boston, MA. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on construction sites. Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, providing safety training to employees, and investigating any accidents or incidents. The Safety Officer will also assist in developing and updating safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Experience with safety inspections, risk assessment, and incident investigation Strong communication and training skills Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus Experience in the construction industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Shawmut Design and Construction
