About the Role: As the Sales & Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing hotel room revenues across a portfolio of subscriber properties. You'll lead strategic pricing decisions, optimize RevPAR, and ensure performance exceeds budget targets and competitive benchmarks (measured by RGI). While the core focus will be room accommodations, the role may extend to include meetings & events, F&B outlets, channel management, and loyalty program contributions. You will be the data-driven strategist, providing key insights and leading tactical and strategic initiatives to drive growth and revenue performance. Key Responsibilities: Proactively drive revenue growth through strategic pricing and inventory management Lead daily pricing and yield management calls with the hotel portfolio Monitor market demand and adjust pricing strategies to optimize conversion and maximize yield Collaborate with hotel leadership to implement system-level actions for pricing and revenue optimization Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to guide revenue strategy Review and manage group business activity including denials, booking pace, and rate cut-offs Implement and maintain Group and FIT strategy calendars to guide on-property teams Leverage performance data to develop ROI-focused pricing and revenue initiatives Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field (postgraduate degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within hotel revenue or sales management Minimum 3 years of hands-on yield management experience, preferably in a cluster or portfolio environment Strong understanding of Central Reservation Systems (e.g., Holidex Plus, Trust, Marsha) Proficient in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera) Experience with Revenue Management software (e.g., IDeaS, Optims, Rate360, Perform, Price Optimization tools) Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills To apply, please email your resume to nkagaya@pasona.com.
