Sales Recruiter

Company is seeking a Sales Recruiter to provide support to our North American Sales Organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for sourcing of various sales roles, including SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Channel positions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in sales recruiting, aiming to take their skills to the next level.

Your role will primarily focus on sourcing for sales roles, with an emphasis on sourcing and screening top passive talent for our North American sales team. Collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional team members (HR, Finance, Sales Ops) will be vital to develop, identify, and execute hiring plans. The candidate and hiring manager experience will be a top priority, ensuring a high-touch experience throughout the hiring process.

Furthermore, promoting diversity in the hiring process and ensuring inclusivity and welcoming environments are integral to this role. You will be responsible for updating Greenhouse (ATS) and pipeline reports daily, providing accurate forecast close dates and maintaining candidate pipelines. Utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, TopFunnel, and ContactOut, will be essential in finding top talent.
