Role: Salesforce Test Lead

Location: Titusville, NJ (4 days onsite)

Term: Contract

Required Skills

• Strong SFDC knowledge (Health cloud, Experience cloud, Data cloud)
• Strong agile methodology knowledge
• Life and Health science domain knowledge
• Test management and hands on knowledge of Jira Xray
• Hands on knowledge of writing complex and big SQL queries
• Very good concept of Middleware and integration testing
• Team management (offshore-onsite collaboration, multi-vendor engagement
• Strong testing process related knowledge
• Create test strategy and test planning
• UI & UX knowledge
• CI/CD concept (at least moderate knowledge of GIT and Bitbucket)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong SFDC knowledge
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Understanding Schema, create async jobs to extract data etc.
• Strong experience in Integration testing aspects like P2P, Middleware, Async etc.
• Well versed in creating data migration strategies, formulating approach to scope data migration activities ensuring coverage
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Estimation skills < Need to participate in technical refinement calls and provide scoping, approach and story pointing>
• Prior experience in leading a team size of 10 – 12 resources
• Prior experience in working in a multi-vendor ecosystem
