Role: Scrum Master

Job Description:

• Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply and demand planning , enabling them to navigate complex project landscapes and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Also if they have semiconductor experience that would be great.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions.
• Experience in supply and demand planning processes, with the ability to integrate these insights into project planning.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience in implementing agile practices.
• : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
