In this role, you will be a crucial member of our Store Support team, responsible for preparing online orders for delivery and pickup. You'll navigate our store to pick items ranging from groceries to household goods, ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers. Flexibility with your schedule is essential, especially on weekends when we experience our highest demand!

Availability Requirements

• Schedule provided up to 3 weeks in advance
• Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize handheld technology to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately
• Ensure attention to detail for product selection and order accuracy
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in completing orders
• Eagerly learn about our products, customer service standards, and store operations
• Maintain an organized and clutter-free staging area
• Be willing to assist in various store departments as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English reading and speaking skills
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for at least 6 hours
• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Active workday involving standing/walking for 6-8 hours and sitting for up to 4 hours
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Work involves motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Exposure to approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures around 90°F
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks, is a plus
• May involve using ladders

The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $24.40, depending on your experience. Benefit offerings may include health insurance, retirement plans, store discounts, paid time off, and more.
