As a Security Officer - Dispatch Center Full-Time in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling commercial real estate location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities from a central command post. Your role will involve supporting field teams, communicating important information, and helping to deter incidents through prompt response and operational oversight. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations when needed.
Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Coordinate and dispatch field personnel as needed, maintaining clear communication and accurate documentation of incidents and activities.
Utilize radio and/or telephone communication to relay information to security-related personnel and relevant stakeholders.
Assist in monitoring surveillance equipment and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activities within the property.
Maintain accurate records and logs of all activities, incidents, and dispatches as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
Support Allied Universal management in maintaining a visible presence and delivering quality service within the commercial real estate location.
Minimum Requirements:
One or more years of security-related experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
