Job Summary:
Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. The Commercial Treasury Banking Product Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of product ownership for a premium treasury banking solution, focusing on digital solutions and integrations within the Digital Payments division.
Responsibilities:
You will have responsibility to lead the development of a well-rounded multi-year product- and market-facing strategy and the execution plans to deliver on that strategy.
A key to your success will be your partnership with leaders for stakeholder products to deliver on deeply integrated capabilities in support of commercial center.
As expected, this role requires developing strong working relationships with the Senior Leadership team, Product Management, Marketing, Sales & Servicing Managers, building trust and credibility through teamwork within and across Fiserv Divisional Business Units.
The goal is to maintain delivery of a high quality, stable, and scalable Commercial Center platform supporting Fiserv clients and their accountholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
8+ years of experience in Product Management especially in the Commercial Treasury Banking driving Product Development and commercialization, Banking Operations or Solutions Architecture roles.
6+ years of experience with Financial Technology products/services within a financial institution or software or servicing solutions company.
Experience working in complex wholesale banking product distribution models where services are embedded or delivered through other solutions and where your product end-user is a customer of your client B2B2C model.
Strong knowledge of trends in the Commercial or Treasury banking, payments & financial services business and how these trends will impact future business opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver positive results in a complex business environments by building strong relationships with the customer base by demonstrating a strong understanding of the business and the financial services industry challenges & opportunities.
You should be a validated, innovative, visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to work across complex matrixed & shared services environment, having demonstrated the ability to understand the market, establish effective product direction, and drive business growth.
Preferred:
Technical acumen: An appreciation for the high-level differences, capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of various technology ecosystems including mainframe, distributed, and cloud, leveraged in on-premise and hosted/ASP product deployments.
Client Focus: Sees the world through the eyes of our clients customers; deeply understands their business realities. Uses insights gained from a deep understanding of our clients' business to find opportunities that create client value.
Thought & innovation leadership: By using experience & deep knowledge of the payments eco-system, using industry relationships to create & advance partnership opportunities, that capitalize on the creativity and market reach of others.
Superior execution skills: Ability to drive results in a large, global technology solutions & services organization. Easily adapts leadership style to best fit a wide range of situations and people inside and external to Fiserv.
Change Leadership: Mobilizes the organization to implement change effectively and efficiently.
