The Senior Finance Manager is the cornerstone of finance and accounting functions for Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers. As a trusted business advisor, this role works closely with management to maintain solid business functions and provide information in a timely manner to support business needs. Similar to a CFO, the Business Controller is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and developing procedures and controls to maintain integrity over all financial data. This position is also responsible for monitoring and advising on operational strategies, recruiting and developing the future talent of organization, and providing meaningful insight and financial analysis to management. The Business Controller also requires strong leadership skills in the areas of training, communication, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering seamlessly transitions solutions from design to construction through the collaborative efforts of Design Engineering, Design Management, Proposals, Estimating, and Integrated Project Controls. Our construction-focused engineering approach involves a multidisciplinary team working together to maximize value for clients by improving schedules, controlling costs, and minimizing risk on infrastructure projects. This position will be based out of our Lone Tree, Colorado location with travel as business requires.
Base Compensation: $140,000/yr-$175,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
