We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Workvivo team. In this role, youll focus on deeply understanding our customers and defining the right problems to solve. Youll lead discovery efforts to uncover meaningful opportunities, validate assumptions, and ensure we deliver impactful solutions. Youll bring AI-first thinking to our product strategy, shaping how we apply emerging technologies to elevate employee experience. As part of Workvivo (a Zoom company), youll collaborate closely with stakeholders across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring our product vision is informed by real-world insights and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Leading product discovery and problem definition, ensuring we focus on the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business.

• Conducting market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover needs and shape hypotheses.

• Integrating AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience.

• Partnering with engineering and design to co-create solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our product vision.

• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to capture feedback and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.

• Staying ahead of industry and technology trends, especially in AI and employee engagement platforms.

• Defining success metrics and ensure we learn and adapt through experimentation and iteration.

What were looking for

• Lead product management efforts for 4+ years, driving discovery and delivering impactful products.

• Conduct in-depth research and customer interviews to translate insights into actionable product strategies.

• Apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance SaaS product capabilities. Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders to align on product goals and priorities.

• Implement modern product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Launch successful products with measurable business outcomes and sustained impact.
