Responsibilities

• Manage and build a content calendar that aligns with our brand goals.
• Develop creative graphics and content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Post content three times a week on Instagram and Facebook.
• Curate user-generated content (UGC) and engage with our community.
• Write compelling captions and post text that resonates with our audience.
• Schedule and optimize posts using relevant tools for each platform.
• Analyze content performance and provide monthly insights and adjustments.
• Hold bi-monthly strategy meetings to align on goals and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media strategy and community engagement.
• Skilled with design tools and social media management platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on brand strategy.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and current social media trends.
