Job Description

LOCATION : Hybrid - 8 days a month in the office (see locations on the posting)

OVERVIEW

Assist managed services customers with retirement plan administration duties using ftwilliam.com software and support other teams as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support managed services by performing retirement plan administration using ftwilliam.com software, including: Assisting with retirement plan administration for managed services customers Running eligibility calculations and required testing such as 402g, 415, ADP / ACP, and processing new compensation allocations for plans with daily RK and pooled / SDBAs Collaborating with management and sales during initial sales to address questions about managed services Performing additional duties as time permits

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Two-year degree or equivalent industry experience Experience with ftwilliam.com preferred At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred Retirement plan administration experience required

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Excellent customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously TRAVEL : Less than 5% travel to various office locations. LI-Hybrid Applicants may need to appear onsite at Wolters Kluwer offices during the recruitment process.
