Looking for an ambitious, talented Sous Chef to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a renowned Celebrity Chef.

The right candidate will play a central role in opening the first location of this internationally known brand in Dallas and transition into the Executive Chef role.

The sous chef will..

• Transitioned into the Executive Chef position in Dallas, responsible for launching and operating the new location
• Uphold quality standards while working within a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Help finalize recipes, prep systems, and service standards during the California launch.
• Travel to Mexico for 2 weeks of hands-on training with the founding team and culinary leadership.
• Oversee BOH recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with ownership on cost controls, vendor selection, and margin targets.

• Travel to Mexico for 2 weeks for training
• Travel to California for 3 months for training under a celebrity chef
• 3 years of experience as a sous chef in a high-volume scratch kitchen
• Good leadership skills
