Responsibilities Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates. Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period. Qualifications No prior recruiting experience is necessary.
