Job Title: Tennis Pro Shop Attendant
Part-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tennis Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at Mariner Sands Country Club. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with the daily operations of the pro shop, and contribute to a positive experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the sales of tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories in the pro shop.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment.
- Schedule court reservations and manage the tennis program calendar.
- Provide information about tennis programs, lessons, and events.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Support the tennis staff in organizing and executing events and tournaments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of tennis equipment and apparel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cash handling and sales experience.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

This position requires weekend availability.
Requirements:Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Country Club experience preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
