Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position in a Level I Trauma setting, requiring a current NY RN license and procedural sedation experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology department
• Cares for adolescent through geriatric patients
• Level I Trauma environment
• Utilizes Cerner and McKesson EMR systems
• Floating required to the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Hospital-provided scrubs are required
• Must provide adolescent through geriatric care in interventional radiology procedures, including sedation and post-procedure recovery
• Teamwork required with Cardiac Cath Lab as floating may be necessary
• No more than 5 days of requested time off permitted
• Permanent address must be provided and validated; certain NY counties are not eligible
• Hospital provides scrubs for this position
• First-time travelers are not preferred but may be considered

• Active NY RN license is required at time of consideration
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Previous Interventional Radiology experience required
• Experience with procedural sedation, circulation, and recovery required
• Experience with adolescent to geriatric patient populations required
• COVID-19 vaccination and proof required
