• Healthcare Setting: Outpatient clinic\n
• Schedule: Per diem; 3 weekend shifts and 2 weekday shifts per 6-week schedule\n
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts\n
• Holiday Requirement: One winter, one summer, and one hallmark holiday per year\n
• Floating: Required to float to all similar outpatient units\n
• Contract Length: 13-week contract\n
• Start Date: December 3, 2025\n
• Cancellation Policy: Shifts may be cancelled with 2 hours' notice\n
• Hourly Pay Rate: $85.56\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $690 - $720\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in outpatient or acute care settings\n
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR)\n
• Ability to float to similar outpatient units as needed\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient healthcare setting\n
• Document and manage patient information using EPIC EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Float to like units to support patient care needs across the facility\n
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
• Deliver compassionate care and patient education to individuals and families\n
