ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in North Charleston, South Carolina.

\nRN - Observation Unit
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour shifts from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday
\n• No weekend requirements and facility is closed on holidays
\n• No on-call or overtime requirements
\n• Patient ratio of 3:1 during day shifts
\n• Work in 23-hour observation unit caring for ambulatory surgery patients overnight
\n• Staff includes 2 nurses and PCT Monday-Thursday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
\n• Care for both adult and pediatric patients (ages vary)
\n• Daily census of approximately 5 patients with 5 beds available
\n• Floating required within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities (downtown, Main, West Campus)
\n• Required certifications: SC State/Compact RN licensure, ACLS, PALS, BLS
\n• Must have Epic charting system experience
\n• 1 year of nursing experience required, first-time travelers not accepted
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Previous charge experience and trauma level experience preferred
\n• Scrub color: Royal or Navy Blue
\n• 12 hours of unit orientation at work site (3 days)
\n• Facility allows call off of 1 shift per 2 weeks but does not allow call outs
\n• Must complete non-billable modules (average 4 hours) pre-start
\n• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
