Virtual Chat Assistant - Laboratory Express

Job Overview:

Laboratory Express is seeking a proactive and engaging Virtual Chat Assistant to join their remote team and provide real-time support to clients through online chat platforms. Laboratory Express

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat Laboratory Express
• Respond to online chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers ZipRecruiter

Service Support:

• Assist with test scheduling, appointment booking, and location information ZipRecruiter

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
