Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately document inbound shipments using WMS, scanners, and LPN tracking systems.
  • Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders in accordance with pick tickets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with packaging standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently; perform regular equipment inspections.
  • Store materials in designated locations following system-directed locators and FIFO methodology.
  • Conduct cycle counts, support inventory audits, and maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records.
  • Load and unload trucks safely, verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory and logistics software systems.
  • Assist with will-call orders, customer pickups, and reorganizing warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and uphold NOV's SPOT ON Inventory Management principles.
  • Adhere strictly to all NOV Company policies, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Able to work well in a team environment as well as self-directed when working independently.
  • Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and procedures.

  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
  • Factory environment with large range in temperature changes.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet with proper fall protection equipment.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or walking for extended periods.
