We are looking for a Contractor who currently holds a “C-2D Low Voltage Systems Contractor License.
AND MUST BE ABLE TO PULL PERMIT...NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
” This is for 1 of many projects that we will be doing throughout 2026-year into 2027.

Summary :
The customer is remodeling a newly acquired site. There will be a total of (62) new CAT6 drops ran that will terminate to various places throughout the building according to the floor plan. (31) data drops, (20) camera drops, (8) TV drops & (3) drops for POS equipment.
*** All cabling MUST be ran in the newly installed conduit. If no conduit is available, work with the GC & electrician to get it installed or use flex tubing. All cabling MUST be enclosed in a conduit per the building inspector ***
These drops are specifically color-coded and must be terminated with the correct color. The contractor must also install a new network rack, patch panel, etc. according to the floor plan. Please refer to the attached documentation & floor plans to identify where each drop is needed, what specific color keystone is required and the patch panel layout.
All cables MUST be ran in J-hooks and not laying on any ceiling tiles, grid work, HVAC, etc.
Exterior cameras will most likely require the wall to be penetrated. Please be prepared to drill through various materials & re-seal the penetrations with weatherproof caulking.
