Corporate Trainer

Local to Tampa, FL- Cocoa Beach, FL - Sanford, FL - Louisville, KY

Compensation: $70,000-90,000

2550% Travel

Are you passionate about developing people and designing impactful training programs? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer to join our team and support our growing network of field and corporate professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the VP of Training & Development to design and execute a long-term talent development strategy
• Lead engaging, in-person and virtual training sessions for both technical field roles (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and corporate staff
• Support onboarding for new hires and provide mentoring during orientation
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs
• Collaborate with leaders across departments to identify training needs and align with performance goals
• Manage large-scale training projects from concept to completion
• Align development programs with performance management, succession planning, and mentorship initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 4+ years of experience in curriculum design and training facilitation
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Instructional design or content creation experience
• Familiarity with the trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Project management skills
• Administrative experience with LMS platforms

Work Environment & Travel:

• Primary work is in an office setting, with periodic field shadowing of technicians
• Travel by car or air up to 2550%, based on business needs
