The Project Manager oversees end-to-end production and traffic operations within HotBox, the internal creative agency at Cresco Labs, to execute deliverables requested by our House of Brands team. The role requires experience in defining project schedules and scopes, and managing them through to completion. The work consists of a mix of creative projects, including collateral, posters/signage, advertising, merchandising displays, packaging, renderings, presentations, and corporate requests—focusing on print, digital, and other consumer touchpoints. Core duties include managing project requests through project management software (Workzone and Monday.com), reviewing marketing briefs and project request forms, leading discovery meetings with key stakeholders, creating multiple project plans and schedules aligned to a master tracker, conducting resource planning and prioritizing workflows within HotBox, coordinating with other project managers, leading weekly status meetings, administering and managing the asset repository (SharePoint), maintaining relationships with print vendors, freelance illustrators, photographers, and external agencies, managing time allocation reports, overseeing invoicing for external agencies and freelancers, and contributing to continuous improvement of creative agency workflows. Required experience includes a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of project management experience within an agency or in-house creative department, excellent communication skills, impeccable organization skills, ability to multi-task, strong team player, print production knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, familiarity with Mac platform and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with Monday.com or similar platforms. Additional requirements include being 21 years or older and compliance with legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
