A private Los Angeles family is seeking an adaptable, flexible and highly experienced House Manager/Personal Assistant to lead a team and oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a large estate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking a hands-on, proactive approach—jumping in to support a variety of tasks and responsibilities while ensuring operations run flawlessly.

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM + overtime and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the household team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.
• Oversee all household operations, including strategic planning, project execution, and household inventory management.
• Coordinate multiple calendars, schedule vendors, and liaise with service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage personal affairs, including travel arrangements, personal shopping, and lifestyle management.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Utilize Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Docs with proficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven estate or household management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with grace.
• A polished, stable, and professional presence with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
