We are looking for a kind, empathetic, and responsible individual to share a home with and provide natural, day-to-day companionship for an adult with disabilities. This is not just a job-it's an opportunity to build a meaningful connection while making a real difference in someone's daily life.

Role Overview:
You'll live in the home as a roommate, sharing common spaces and engaging in everyday life with the person supported. While you are being paid for your time and presence, the goal is to foster genuine, respectful interactions, not to provide formal care.

What We're Looking For:
• Someone who is naturally friendly, compassionate, and interested in getting to know the person you'll be living with.
• A person who respects privacy and understands the importance of downtime for both themselves and their housemate.
• Someone who is mindful of guests and treats the home as a shared and safe space.
• A responsible roommate who helps maintain cleanliness in shared areas and purchases their own groceries and household items.

What You'll Do:
• Be a consistent, friendly presence in the home.
• Engage in casual conversation, share occasional meals or activities, and support a comfortable home atmosphere.
• Respect and follow house norms regarding quiet hours and personal boundaries.
• Collaborate to keep the home tidy and welcoming.
