Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant - US Company: ITL USA Requisition ID: 133261BR Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Principal Consultant with multiple implementations/support experience , covering all Core HCM functional activities. This role involves working as a team member on the AMS program, participating in all SDLC phases, and handling activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, and process improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience may substitute for each year of education. 11+ years of relevant IT experience. Must be located near Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate; travel within the US may be required. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud, Talent Management Cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud. At least 2 end-to-end implementations of these Oracle Cloud modules. Knowledge of HR best practices, Oracle out-of-box offerings, and customization capabilities. Experience with integrating Fusion applications using web services, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in US Utility companies and familiarity with their business processes and regulations. Oracle Implementation certification in relevant Cloud modules. Proficiency with Oracle Cloud applications or other ERP systems. The role requires extended computer work, communication skills, and potential travel.
