Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Grades: K12
Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a dynamic special education team for the uping school year.
Position Overview:Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Setting: Public school environment
Student Population: Kindergarten through 12th grade
Start Date: Fall 2025
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across K12 settings
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Support development of fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and access-to-curriculum skills
Contribute to IEP development, documentation, and pliance with state and federal guidelines
For OT:
Current North Carolina licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in a school setting preferred
For COTA:
Current North Carolina licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Must work under supervision of a licensed OT
Prior experience in pediatrics or school setting a plus
