What you’ll do:

  • Partner with corporate hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent needs across various corporate functions (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, HR, etc.).
  • Manage a diverse requisition portfolio while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential to succeed within the organization.
  • Provide consultative recruiting expertise to business partners, advising on hiring strategies, market insights, and competitive talent trends.
  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process and accurately maintain data in an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Source talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

You should apply if you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment supporting professional-level roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative mindset to advise and influence hiring decisions effectively.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies; comfortable using data to inform recruitment strategies.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
